Learn Anma
Level 1 按摩
This initial year centers around the Anma process of body balance, employing a gentle head-to-toe treatment that incorporates subtle acupressure on legs, arms, head, and foundational visceral and cranial balancing. Additionally, the curriculum includes activities focused on promoting mobility and flexibility, emphasizing gentle muscle testing and massage.
Learn Sekkotsu
Level 2 骨盤療法
Sekkotsu Japanese Physical Medicine, evolves from the foundational Anma, elevating previously learned skills to a heightened level of physical and theoretical understanding. In this academic and practical skills, and preparation for professional work will advance to a higher level. This progress is facilitated by the experience gained in Year 1 and the ongoing practice of Budō ‘Martial Arts’ to develop safe and gentler body movement.h
Learn Hari
Level 3 鍼灸
In the culminating Year 3, Hari, acupuncture becomes an integral part of the treatment protocol, seamlessly integrating Anma balance with Japanese Physical Medicine concepts from Year 1 and Year 2. This synthesis forms a comprehensive process that enhances the approach to acupuncture, combining advanced physical skills and understanding for heightened competence.

Professionally designed, Easy-To-Follow courses for everyone
Each year, you will cover 12 modules, each lasting one day during the weekend. You will receive theoretical and practical tuition, and you will be given home assignments. At the end of each year, upon completion of your examinations, you will receive a professionally accredited certificate to practice your level of treatment.
This will allow you to earn as you study with your ongoing practice. At the end of the three years, you will be a fully accredited professional Japanese Integrated Medicine 'Amatsu' Practitioner.
